Senior Delivery Consultant

We help our clients deliver their products rapidly and more securely, through DevSecOps, Agile practices and principles, culture adoption and technical solutions. We deliver innovative solutions to drive business transformation, assisting clients in avoiding the pitfalls associated with legacy change and digital modernisation.

You will be working with internal stakeholders and hiring managers for our consultancy business as well as delivering to external clients directly on a combination of sole and contingent methods. This provides a stimulating and higher-quality hiring environment than the low-quality, low-odds volume recruitment world!

So, what do we need?

  • Three plus years of experience in a technical recruiting role or equivalent.
  • Attention to detail and a safe pair of hands throughout the hiring journey.
  • Technically literate and able to pick up new systems and terminologies easily.
  • Hunger to win, with fierce loyalty to our clients and our candidate experiences.
  • A customer-oriented and highly articulate and intelligent individual.
  • We are open minded about the make-up of your role and career progression.
  • If you want to focus more one side of our business than another, we are open to this.

Full training will be given throughout, drawing on experience of the senior management team, who have diverse backgrounds and are highly experienced in their sectors.   • If you prefer remote working with as much face-to-face time as possible with prospects, this is fine too (subject to Government advice).

  • Engaging with prospective Clients using phone / email / LinkedIn based on service propositions to book meetings with support from technical pre-sales directors.
  • Engaging with decision makers to fulfil Programme need either Consultancy or Recruitment.
  • Listening to & learning from colleagues.
  • Accurate and high-quality database entry.
  • Creating and maintaining client records and database management.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Understanding and promoting company services.
  • Identifying new business and developing it into a sales opportunity promoting the business and its services via leads, cold calling and emails.
